As a health freak I have never actually had or have been in a McDonalds and don't plan on for the entirety of my life. Even though I've never been at a McDonalds I have overheard people talking about menu items and I have a good idea what the menu consists of. I have noticed that almost all the menu items start with a Mc, like the McChicken, or McDouble. All the names of their sandwiches make sense to me except one, the McHammer! I just don't understand why they would name a sandwich after a tool. It sounds disgusting, why would anyone want to eat something with such a name. But people obviously do because I've been hearing about it since 1985. People must be consuming this bizarre menu item, my question is WHY?!? Why would someone ever try the "McHammer" for the fist time. Why would McDonalds ever decide that the McHammer would ever be a good name for a sandwich. I am ver curious to what this sandwich consists of, ground up hammer and nails? Just so you can have the full experience of the McHammer!
It makes me so confused why the marketing geniuses at McDonalds thought that the McHammer was a good name for an item menu. I just don't get it. If anyone can shed some light on this topic, please leave a comment. I want to get to the bottom of this confusing topic.
